Characteristics

The fuselage may use four columns or the portal frame construction. The tetrastyle structure is simple, economical, and practical. The frame posture tension bar pre-tight structure offers high precision and good rigidity. With four-corner eight guide rails, the guidance precision is high and has strong anti-tilt ability. The stretch and pressure slide can be combined into a single unit through the positioning pin, enabling single-action craft movement.

The hydraulic control uses an integrated system with insert-mounted valves, a secondary filter installation, and a water cooling system. The machine operates smoothly and reliably and releases minimal dew point. It uses imported cylinder seal parts, ensuring high reliability and a long service life. The machine includes an integrated safety device, such as the cavity support return route under the cylinder, mutually locking security for the cylinder cavities, and an advanced return route.

PLC control ensures keen and reliable work, allowing for constant pressure and two types of shaping crafts. High spatial regulation and working speed lead to high production efficiency.

Performance characteristics/The machine consists of the body, hydraulic, and electrical control system. The computer optimizes the machine's body structure and has sufficient strength and rigidity. The frame structure is connected by a tie rod and locked by a hydraulic nut with ultra-high pressure. The slider guide adopts a four-corner, eight-sided guide rail guide, which has high adjustment accuracy and good rigidity. It is difficult to have precision deviation after adjustment, and the main machine has a strong anti-eccentric load capacity. The guide rail is equipped with a lubrication device.
This machine's working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the parameter range according to process requirements.
The hydraulic system adopts an advanced large-flow cartridge valve integrated system and an oil precision filtration device, which has a reasonable layout, compact structure, reliable movement, small hydraulic impact force, long service life, and reduced connection lines and leakage points. The flange structure is preferred for oil pipe connection to reduce the occurrence of oil leakage. The hydraulic system is equipped with a water-cooling device.
PLC controls the electrical system, the stroke control is controlled by the displacement sensor, and the pressure sensor controls the pressure control. The stroke and pressure parameters can be displayed and set on the touch screen. The equipment process program can be set according to the user's process requirements, which are easy to operate, sensitive, and reliable. The machine has three process actions: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic. It has emergency stop and emergency return functions. Through the operation panel, there are two forming processes, fixed stroke, and fixed pressure, and three actions: hydraulic pad ejection, no ejection, and stretching. The pressure gauge, pressure regulating valve, control buttons, and touch screen are all installed on the front side of the column for easy observation and adjustment. In addition to the main operation cabinet, the electrical system is also equipped with a movable operating table.
