structure can measure the position of the roller frame down to the micron range, thus taking leveling accuracy to a new level. That  is to say, no  matter  how  much the cross-

Under the premise of ensuring high precision, the production efficiency of the leveling machine is also improved. The leveling machine does not contain a hydraulic system, so it
can reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of machine maintenance. In addition, the mature fast cleaning and roll-changing device also reduces
downtime and improves machine utilization. Meanwhile, an intelligent level  2  overload protection function effectively reduces the number of scrap parts and avoids
mechanical damage to the machine. The high efficiency of the Fayin parts leveling machine is also shown in the processing direction, which can be transformed. The setting values of
the feed and discharge ports of the leveler can be exchanged in a few seconds. Also worth mentioning is the control unit's calculation program (which can store more than 200
parts information)and function shutdown management. Since the parts are different from each other, the leveling gap control function can also be turned off, saving additional

Feature Of Cut-to-length line

The cut-to-length line is a special equipment for flattening thin metal coils and cutting them into blocks. It is usually composed of a loading cart, decompiler, plate supporting, pressing and drawing device, main leveling machine, movable bridges, guiding and correcting device, measuring mechanism, lamination device, shearing machine, conveying table, pneumatic discharge rack, hydraulic lifting and stacking table, conveying roller table and hydraulic system,  electrical control system, etc. PLC controls the cut-to-length line. The main hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control components, measuring
system are selected international well-known brands.
This production line is mainly used to process cold-rolled carbon steel coil, stainless steel coil, and non-ferrous metal coil plates. If equipped with a six-high structured leveling machine, it can flatten and cut coil plates with high surface requirements, such as metal and aluminum.
