Thin plate CNC high-speed precision unwinding, leveling, and fixed-length flying shear line
Features:
This production line is a special equipment for leveling and shearing thin metal coils into block-shaped plates.
It is usually composed of a loading trolley, an unwinding machine, a pressing plate device, a leveling main machine, a movable bridge, a guide correction device, a fixed-length mechanism, a film device, a shearing machine, a conveyor table, a pneumatic unloading rack, a hydraulic stacker, a conveyor roller, a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, a PLC control and other coordinated actions.
This equipment is mainly used for processing cold-rolled carbon steel coils, stainless steel coils, and non-ferrous metal coils.
Six leveling machines are configured to level the long-plate surface of metal aluminum coils and the shearing of other high coils.
According to customer requirements, two leveling machines can be used for initial finishing; the fixed-length feeding and shearing can adopt ordinary mechanical and electrical coordinated actions, digital frequency conversion or AC servo technology; the shearing machine can be equipped with ordinary machinery, hydraulic electromagnetic clutch, pneumatic clutch to transmit power high-speed gantry shearing machine, mobile tracking shearing machine and rotary flying shearing machine.

This production line is mainly used to process cold-rolled carbon steel coil, stainless steel coil, and non-ferrous metal coil plates. If it is equipped with a six-high structured leveling machine, it can flatten and cut coil plates with high surface requirements, such as metal and aluminum.
According to customer requirements,the production line can be equipped with primary or fine leveling machines. The fixed length and shear feeding machinery can adopt common mechanical appliances, cooperative action, and digital frequency conversion technology or AC servo technology. The shearing machines can be an ordinary mechanical shearing machine, ordinary hydraulic shearing machines, high-speed brake shearing machines with an electromagnetic clutch, pneumatic clutch transmission power,movable shearing machines, and rotary flying shearing machines.
